these people are killing with their leftover turds. I'm warning you...if I see you leave your dog's turd I'll pick it up, follow you home and smear it on your door.

City partly to blame

Even though it's ultimately our responsibility to clean up after our pets, the government never fails to play some type of role, no matter how minor. In this case, the city has failed to stock the waste bags on the dog bins next to the DPL flats. And trust me, this is not a case where they just ran out. They haven't been stocked in over a month.
